Once you contact us we must first do a software feasibility test. This will determine whether we have line of site between one of our high-sites and your premises. If we receive a positive result from the software we will have to do a onsite visit at your premises. We will then again confirm whether we have line off site and determine installation requirements. Once we can confirm everything is in order we will send you a subscriber contract. We will then secure a installation date as soon as we receive the completed subscriber contract back.
On the installation date our team will arrive at your premises and complete the installation. Upon completion we will require you to sign-off that the work is completed and you are satisfied with the workmanship.We will then send you an invoice for the installation fee and the pro rata amount for the remainder of the month. If you requested a router from Bioniq this will also be included in the invoice. As soon as we receive the proof of payment we will activate your subscription within the hour.

Preferably not! But it is a possibility if a agreement can be made between the two parties. But this has a downside as well. Extensive bandwidth usage by one of the parties will result in limited bandwidth availability for the other. Bioniq can not be held responsibile in the case that this may occur.

Can I use my existing equipment?
Preferably not! To ensure our customers get the very best out of our services we only use spesific carrier grade spec equipment. We prefer to only use MikroTik Routers but other routers can also be used. Unfortunately if you supply the router it will not be supported by our quality checks and/or security risks that may occur from inside your network. We also provide a fully managed router service when you install one of our MikroTik routers.

This can be done through your own insurance company or you can signup for BioInsure which is one of our add-on professional services. BioInsure will cover all the equipment we have installed not including routers that was supplied by the client. BioInsure will also not cover damage to other electronics due to any surges, while it was connected to the router. We also recommend installing surge protection plugs.
