Customers can also check and update their profile, latest news and updates, important documents including financial document and contracts as well as all messages received or tickets submitted for support.


Voice User Portal is a self-care customer portal for Individual VoIP Users. Its functionalities combine the Rich Communication Suite features with account management and billing facilities. Wherever a user logs in from he will get the latest communication details. Quick access to handy widgets responsible for various functionalities is provided through the dashboard. A user can set “Find Me”, browse voicemail, send fax, initiate Chat etc. Non Company account holders can access their portal here.

Voice Business Portal provides a fully managed hosted business communication solution. Instead of maintaining costly on-premises PBXes, business can now enroll to a service in the cloud – Unified Communication as a Service (UCaaS). A company account is always associated with an admin account. It is a regular user account with special rights to configure PBX functions and add users belonging to the company, later referred to as subaccounts.
